Michael did a wonderful job in the sale of our condominium recently. He was very helpful getting the condo ready to sell and was there every step of the way for us. I retired in 2011, leaving a rent house in Windsor when I moved to AZ. The house needed a lot of upgrades and Michael took care of overseeing everything. I stayed in AZ; never made a single trip to Windsor and according to Google, he got what the house was worth for me.

We live in Missouri. We had a house to sell in Oakmont (Santa Rosa, CA.) It was a long distance process and involved some remodeling, repairs, inspections, negotiations and a tangled web of paperwork in California that we have never heard of in Missouri. From the beginning, Michael provided superb advice and excellent recommendations. First her recommended several repairs and upgrades to ensure a quick sale at top dollar. He assisted the tenants so they could move in 30 days. Michael over saw all repairs and completed on time and within budget. He provided superb advice to set the sale price. The house sold in a week and closed within three weeks after that. He did a great job.
